We’ve opened a channel on the FHE.org discord for PhD students to discuss, connect and share their progress. Last week the group completed its first Meetup. The next one is scheduled for July 25th, 2023 1-3 PM CEST (Paris, FR time). All PhD students are welcome to join in, meet with each other and share their experiences with what they’re working on!

11th edition of WAHC (Workshop on Encrypted Computing & Applied Homomorphic Cryptography) is meeting in Copenhagen November 26th.
A company called Tekkare is working on an encrypted library for DNA processing through the use of Homomorphic Encryption in the open. You can check out their work and advancement here on: https://github.com/tekkare.
Zama just announced its fhEVM, a smart contract protocol using Homomorphic Encryption. Check out the news here and a blog post showing how to create Confidential ERC-20 Tokens (https://www.zama.ai/post/confidential-erc-20-tokens-using-homomorphic-encryption).
